How does the 'weight loss math' work when I'm eating more fat and protein then I normally do?
This question came up during a conversation over the weekend with a recently onboarded client.
If I am eating more calories in terms of the additional protein and fat, then how will I lose weight? I thought in order to lose weight I needed to eat less?
This type of question is wonderful. And I wanted to answer it more in depth in this video with you today.
For starters I do want to say that I personally eat this as well, and I recommended people to eat this and their rates of disordered eating and just overall happiness with food has gone up.
Furthermore this diet of high protein, high good fat, and high fiber is essentially the same as keto or paleo.
The one difference between the recommendations I'm giving right now and keto and paleo is that both keto and Paleo have restrictive rules.
