This is my recap of last night's intuitive eating dinner in South bay.
I also show 3 ingredients of transformation:

These ingredients are interwoven into how we ate together and practiced intuitive eating.
The food was great too!!
Eating mindfully we savored juicy chicken, brown rice dish, bread, salad, and the 'black tie' dessert.
We had all 8 spots filled up too!!!
